OUR MISSION:
The Employ Florida Banner Center for Energy is a statewide, industry-driven resource for energy workforce education and training.
Through its many partnerships, and through direct input from energy industrial partners, the Banner Center for Energy is able to develop and coordinate customized educational and training resources in order to grow the competitiveness of Florida’s energy industry.
The Banner Center for Energy’s objectives are to:
- Provide a pipeline of skilled workers, entry level to advanced, for the energy industry.
- Ensure Florida’s educational programs are relevant and meet the industry’s needs and standards.
- Maximize lifelong learning in settings demanded by today’s marketplace.
